This is a space free of strict categories—a mix of editorial work, experimental pieces, collages, and all that jazz. The videos are looped and muted, so feel free to explore with sound and the play button at your own pace.
GUCCI + ELLE
I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Gucci and Elle magazine twice. The first time was in 2020, during that period of uncertainty. We created a lip-sync music video with a hopeful message—that we would all get through it together. From the script to the soundtrack, filming, stills, and color grading, we carefully crafted each element to bring all the deliverables to life

For our second collaboration, we had a simple request: to create something magical in the most enchanting location—the Royal Portuguese Reading Room in Rio de Janeiro. We crafted a story and imagined each artist’s unique superpower, bringing this fantasy short to life. The music was specially composed for us, inspired by how Wes Anderson’s soundtracks might feel if they were created in and for Brazil.

CARNAVAL STARTS WITHIN
memories of carnivals past, hopes for carnivals yet to come. Brazil without carnival is not Brazil. During the pandemic, carnival had to pause, and here we imagined what a one-person carnival would be like.

EXPERIMENTING

A friend snapped these headshots, and I couldn’t resist playing around with some motion text. This one, especially, brings words to life with real physics—they tumble with gravity, and each letter reacts to its own weight.

CLOSE ENCOUNTER
Elle magazine invited us to create a film and photo editorial for their first digital cover. The theme? A close encounter. Are we ready?

SAUDADES
Saudades is a Portuguese word without a direct English translation, capturing a blend of nostalgia, longing, and bittersweet emotion. It’s the feeling that stirs when you deeply miss someone or something—a person, a place, a moment, or an experience that may never return.
More than simple “missing,” saudades holds warmth and connection, tinged with the sadness of knowing that what you long for may live only in memory. It’s both beautiful and melancholic, embodying a uniquely heartfelt link to the past.
In this piece, I visited close friends with a drone to tell them I miss them and hope to see them soon. This was during the first week of the pandemic. I sing We’ll Meet Again, the 1939 song made famous by Vera Lynn as she performed it for soldiers heading to war.
